| REFUND POLICY |
| Free Evaluation period: Products and services come with a specified evaluation period*, afterwhich billing information is required to continue using the product or service. Once you commit to paying for the product or service, you are deemed to be satisfied with the product or service (whether or not you have used the product or service), and payments are non-refundable. |
| No other refunds, nor partial refunds, will be made, whether you have used your account or not. Fees charged for Extras, Setup fees are non-refundable, without exception. |
| You must cancel your account to stop further subscription fees from being billed to your credit card or PayPal account, as applicable. To cancel your account, you must login to your Account and select the option to cancel your account. We will not accept cancel account requests made by email, telephone or facsimile. If you subscribed to a product or service through a reseller, you should contact the reseller to cancel your account. Account cancellations are subject to the minimum contract terms specified for the product or service. |

| * If you need more time to evaluate our service(s), you may request an extension of the evaluation period by submitting a Support Ticket or by emailing our support department. We generally honor all reasonable requests. However, we may reject any request to extend the evaluation period, especially if we think the extended evaluation period will be used to exploit free use of the product or service, or to avoid purchasing the product or service. USL reserve the right to decline any request for an evaluation of its products or services, without giving any reason. |
